Landscape Metrics Protocol Design Logic Tree

Logic Tree based upon MatchWare OpenMind 2 demo software.  Blue background "clouds" imply greater detail contained with subordinate branches of the tree, not yet uploaded here.  Relationships between elements also need to be added.

How do we use this?  Is is tool to help work out the document outline, or will it actually be used?  Currently it shows the different agencies that might be involved in monitoring, with one example of some of the questions each agency would face, in developing a monitoring program.
